North Country Lodge had another great Black Bear Hunt in 2012. Take a look at the video and maybe we will see you in 2013.

After 27 years of guiding Black Bear hunters in the great state of Maine, North Country Lodge once again had a very successful hunt. This year North Country Lodge hunters successfully bagged 28 Black Bears and sighted 52 in just 3 weeks. When hunting at North Country Lodge you will find accommodations to be second to none. The guides are professional with years of experience to offer. The hunt includes accommodations, meals prepared from expert cooks, maid service, transportation to and from the hunting grounds, care of your game to include butchering, deboning and wrapping of the meat. Hello Everyone,

Welcome to North Country Lodge’s first blog.   We wanted to create this blog so that we can communicate, and keep you up dated with all of the latest North  Country Lodge News.  I would like to start off by thanking all of the hunters, and guests that have visited us over the last 25 years.   We are also looking forward to meeting all of those new hunters, and guests that will visit us in the future. Over the winter months, we have been gearing up for the 2010 hunting season.  We developed a new web site for North Country Lodge along with this blog.  We are also working on an e-letter for those of you who would like to sign up for that in the future.  The e-letter will be coming soon.

This years Bear hunting season will be here before you know it.  The  season will start August 29th and run 4 weeks to September 26th 2010.  We have recently exhibited at the Columbus  Sports Vacation and Boat Show,  and are currently at the Indianapolis Boat Sport and Travel Show in booth #58 and#59. We will be in Indianapolis from February 19th through February 28th 2010, come down and visit us.

Last years North Country Lodge had an excellent Black Bear season.  In 4 week during the month of September we had 42 hunters successfully bag a Bear.  During that time the hunters at North Country sighted a total of 132 Bears on our 500 sq. mile hunting lease.  If you are looking for an fully guided Black Bear hunt check us out on our web site at North Country Lodge.com.
